There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! "My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here."

"Lovely cozy place with traditions, good food and nice people in a pretty Czech villa. Pets cost extra, which they failed to mention on the booking page, other than that all looked exactly like on the pictures. Our room could use some minor cosmetic renovation but it was very clean and a good deal. I was happy with this choice. "
